To receive your certificate simply provide the below information.
Certificates will be mailed to the hosting school representative approximately one week after the seminar. The hosting instructor will then co-sign the certificate and distribute them to the participants. Certificates requested after the first week will be sent out about three weeks later.
Certificate availability is limited to 30 days after the seminar.
